Bairiki
- 12 melon
- 200 ml vodka
- 100 ml blue curacao
- 750 ml sparkling white wine
- Cut the melon pulp in little pieces and let them steep in a jug with vodka and blue curacao.
- Place the jug in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Add wine and the cocktail is ready to serve.
