Bairiki

• 12 melon
• 200 ml vodka
• 100 ml blue curacao
• 750 ml sparkling white wine

1. Cut the melon pulp in little pieces and let them steep in a jug with vodka and blue curacao.
2. Place the jug in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
3. Add wine and the cocktail is ready to serve.
