Mary's Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, cut butter into small pieces; place in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Beat egg and milk with whisk until well blended; set aside.
  5. Drain macaroni; spoon half over butter in baking dish.
  6. Cover with 1 cup each VELVEETA and cheddar.
  7. Add half the milk mixture.
  8. Repeat layers of macaroni, VELVEETA, cheddar and milk mixture.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until macaroni mixture is heated through and top is golden brown, stirring after 15 min.
