Barbeque Smoked Sausage Pizza
- 1 (1 lb) packagehillshire farm beef smoked sausage
- 28 ounces pizza crusts
- 23 cup barbecue sauce
- 34 cup seeded chopped plum tomato
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Peheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut sausage into 1/4' angled slices.
- I would then saute them until browned.
- It only takes a few minutes and it tastes so much better.
- Put crusts on baking sheets, spread 1/3 cup BBQ sauce on each crust.
- Top each pizza with sausage, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is lightly golden brown.
