Shop Till You Drop Everything In The Pot Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd meat
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) can diced liquid removed black olives
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed whole corn
- 1 (8 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms, stems and pcs
- 1 (12 ounce.) cooked and liquid removed medium wide egg noodles
- Saute/fry onions and green pepper; drain and set aside.
- Brown grnd beef with seasonings.
- Add in onions, green pepper and 2 cans of tomato soup and 1 can water.
- Beat thoroughly.
- Put above ingredients in a large (8 qt or possibly larger) pot or possibly large casserole.
- Add in diced olives, corn, mushrooms and noodles.
- Mix well.
- Cover top of casserole with buttered crumbs and bake 45 min at 325 degrees after all ingredients have been added except the crumbs.
- Serve with green salad and warm rolls.
- Serves: 8.
