Mandarin Mousse Mold

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Place oranges in 6-cup mold; cover with 2 cups gelatin.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. or until set but not firm.
  7. (Gelatin should stick to your finger.)
  8. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin 30 min.
  9. or until slightly thickened.
  10. Whisk in 2 cups COOL WHIP until blended; pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Unmold.
  13. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
