Risotto Parmesan a la Milanese

  1. Heat broth in medium saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter with oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 3 min.
  4. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add rice; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. Stir in wine; cook 1 min.
  7. Add 1 cup broth; cook and stir until absorbed.
  8. Repeat with remaining broth, adding 1 cup at a time, until all broth has been added and absorbed by the rice.
  9. Stir in cheese and pepper.
