Waldorf Mold

  1. Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and vinegar.
  3. Chill until very thick.
  4. Fold in celery, apples, walnuts and mayonnaise.
  5. Spoon into individual molds or a 1-quart mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Unmold and serve with cheese balls if desired.
