Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

  1. Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds
  2. In a skillet, cook the over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese; fold in sausage.
  4. Spoon about 1 Tbsp, into each half.
  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until filling is lightly browned and bubbly.
