MacAroni with Ham and Asparagus
- 1/2 pound ham diced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup asparagus
- 1 pound pasta, elbow macaroni cooked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 medium onions chopped
- Saute onions in butter until pale in color.
- Add asparagus and ham and saute for 2 min.
- Keep heat low and add heavy cream.
- After 30 seconds turn OFF heat.
- Pour over hot cooked pasta and toss with cheese.
- Serve with extra cheese on the side.
