Lemon Berry Fool

  1. Mix Philly* with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  2. Stir through yoghurt; then lemon spread.
  3. Spoon 1/3 of the Philly* mix into 6 x 1 cup serving glasses.
  4. Top with 1/3 of the strawberries and half the biscuits.
  5. Repeat another layer.
  6. Top with remaining Philly* mix and garnish with remaining strawberries.
  7. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
