Lemon Berry Fool

• 185g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
• 1 cup European style-swiss custard or vanilla flavoured yoghurt
• 1/3 cup ETA* Lemon Spread
• 250g punnet strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 8 sponge finger biscuits, roughly chopped

1. Mix Philly* with a wooden spoon until smooth.
2. Stir through yoghurt; then lemon spread.
3. Spoon 1/3 of the Philly* mix into 6 x 1 cup serving glasses.
4. Top with 1/3 of the strawberries and half the biscuits.
5. Repeat another layer.
6. Top with remaining Philly* mix and garnish with remaining strawberries.
7. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
