Spiced After-Dinner Coffee
- 8 cups brewed coffee, dark roast
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 23 cup amaretto liqueur
- whipped cream
- 1 orange strip, for decoration
- heat coffee, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a deep sauce pan over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Do Not Boil!
- Stir in Amaretto.
- Pour into mugs, serve with whipped cream.
- And decorate with orange rind strips if desired.
