Pork Rib Soup With Pickled Mustard Greens

  1. Marinate pork with with sugar and sauces for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Add water to pan with pork.
  3. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Saute Onions and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  5. Add onions and greens to soup.
  6. Simmer another 10 minutes.
