Pork Rib Soup With Pickled Mustard Greens
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons fish sauce
- 16 ounces pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 1/2 cups water
- 1 each onions finely chopped
- 3 each tomatoes cut into wedges
- 5 each scallions, spring or green onions white parts only
- 10 ounces mustard greens pickled
- Marinate pork with with sugar and sauces for at least 30 minutes.
- Add water to pan with pork.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Saute Onions and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
- Add onions and greens to soup.
- Simmer another 10 minutes.
