An Easy Breakfast Rice Bowl: Wiener Sausage, Green Onion and Egg
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 1/3 stalk Japanese leek (or green onion)
- 2 Eggs
- 30 ml Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
- 90 ml Water
- 2 bowlfuls Plain cooked rice
- Slice the sausages and the leek or green onion on the diagonal.
- Beat the egg.
- Put the mentsuyu sauce, water and cut up sausage and leek in a pan and simmer over medium heat.
- When it comes to a boil, add the beaten egg from Step 1 and put on a lid.
- When the egg is soft set, turn off the heat.
- Put everything on top of rice together with some of the sauce to finish.
