Venison Swiss Steak Recipe

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour and seasonings, then lb.
  3. into steak a little at a time.
  4. Brown steaks in butter on both sides.
  5. Slice onions and add in to meat.
  6. Arrange meat and onions in baking dish.
  7. Cover with mushrooms.
  8. Pour tomatoes over all and sprinkle with garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Bake for 2 1/2 hrs in covered dish.
