Easy! Baked Shiitake Mushrooms with Mayonnaise and Cheese

  1. Take the stems off the shiitake mushroom caps.
  2. Chop up the stems, onion, and bacon.
  3. Mix the chopped ingredients with the mayonnaise.
  4. Turn the mushroom caps upside down, and put the mayonnaise mixture in each cap.
  5. It's fine if some drops on the foil.
  6. Sprinkle with some black pepper.
  7. Top each mushroom cap with cheese.
  8. You can shred it with your hands.
  9. Bake in a oven for about 15 minutes.
  10. (The cooking time varies depending on the oven.)
  11. They are done when the onion and shiitake are cooked through.
  12. Sprinkle with parsley or basil, and they're done.
