  1. In a pot of boiling water cook soba for about 8 to 10 min or possibly according to package directions.
  2. till done.
  3. While soba is cooking heat butter in a small skillet till it is golden; you want the flavor of the butter.
  4. Drain soba and return to saucepan and toss with golden brown butter and 4 Tbsp.
  5. of lowfat sour cream, chives and half of caviar.
  6. Portion out and top with more lowfat sour cream and caviar if you wish.
  7. Yield: 2 servings
