Pumpkin Pecan Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix sugar, pumpkin, dressing, milk and eggs until well blended; add to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  3. Fold in pecans.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  7. Cool completely.
