Pepper floured pork chops

  1. Season each side of pork chops.
  2. Add pepper flour.
  3. See recipe, pepper flour.
  4. I usually have it in the zip lock bag.
  5. Then I had pork chops.
  6. Shake till coated.
  7. The shake off excessive flour.
  8. Fry In oil
  9. Turn as needed
  10. Fry till done put onto paper towels to absorb excessive oil.

pepper flour, pork chops, tablespoonful of salt, garlic, paprika, vegetable oil
