Chicken and Spinach Jumbo Shells

  1. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in small amount of olive oil.
  3. Add chicken and spinach and heat through.
  4. Stir in sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon mixture into jumbo shells and layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Pour the jar of Alfredo sauce over the top of the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
