Pulled Cuban Chicken Wraps And Cheese Fries With Turkey Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Arrange potatoes on a large, foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Top with cheese and bacon pieces.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
  5. Using two forks, pull chicken apart into shreds.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add onions and saute 3 minutes, until soft.
  9. Add chicken and salsa and bring to a simmer.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in ranch dip.
  11. Arrange tortillas on a flat surface.
  12. Top with chicken mixture and roll up.
  13. Serve with cheese fries on the side.
