Peanut Butter, Bacon and Pepper Jelly Sandwich

• 1 whole grain English muffin, split, toasted
• 1 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
• 2 slices cooked bacon
• 4 thin fresh pear slices

1. Spread 1 muffin half with peanut butter; spread remaining muffin half with jelly.
2. Fill with remaining ingredients.
