Mixed Berry Pizza with Chocolate Cookie Pieces

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour (or 30 min.
  3. for trial recipe) or until slightly thickened.
  4. Beat cream cheese in 6-qt.
  5. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment 2 min., stopping frequently to scrape bowl and paddle.
  6. Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
  7. Fold in whipped topping and lemon zest.
  8. Refrigerate 20 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Meanwhile, unroll crusts; place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pans.
  11. Flute edges; prick bottoms with fork.
  12. Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 7 to 8 min.
  13. or until golden brown.
  14. Cool completely in pans.
  15. Meanwhile, combine OREO Pieces and butter.
  16. For each pizza: Spread 1 rounded cup cream cheese mixture onto 1 crust.
  17. Top with 1/4 cup each strawberries and raspberries, and 2 Tbsp.
  18. blueberries; sprinkle with 1/2 cup OREO mixture.
  19. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  20. white chocolate.
  21. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
