Mixed Berry Pizza with Chocolate Cookie Pieces
- 2-1/2 cups hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
- 1 cup lemon-flavored gelatin
- PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 qt. whipped topping
- 2 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 8 each ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 4 squares white chocolate, melted
- Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 1 hour (or 30 min.
- for trial recipe) or until slightly thickened.
- Beat cream cheese in 6-qt.
- bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment 2 min., stopping frequently to scrape bowl and paddle.
- Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in whipped topping and lemon zest.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, unroll crusts; place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pans.
- Flute edges; prick bottoms with fork.
- Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 7 to 8 min.

- Cool completely in pans.
- Meanwhile, combine OREO Pieces and butter.
- For each pizza: Spread 1 rounded cup cream cheese mixture onto 1 crust.
- Top with 1/4 cup each strawberries and raspberries, and 2 Tbsp.
- blueberries; sprinkle with 1/2 cup OREO mixture.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- white chocolate.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
