Blackberry Carousel Recipe

  1. Dissolve Blackberry jello in 1 c. boiling water.
  2. Add in cranberry juice; refrigeratetill thickened (about 1 hour).
  3. Mix in apples, celery and nuts; spoon into 6 c. mold.
  4. Refrigeratetill set.
  5. Meanwhile, dissolve lemon jello in 1 c. boining water.
  6. Refrigeratetill thickened.
  7. Combine Cold Whip and mayonnaise; fold into lemon jello.
  8. Spoon into mold on top of raspberrry jello.
  9. Refrigerateunitl hard; about 4 hrs.
  10. Unmold.
  11. Garnish with salad greens and sliced apples.
