Steak With Gorgonzola Cheese and Pine Nuts
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons shelled pine nuts (to taste)
- 2 beef t-bone steaks
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except steaks.
- Set aside.
- Grill steaks to desired doneness.
- Top each steak with a generous amount of the butter mixture.
- Chill the leftover butter for another time.
- Try the butter on hot veggies, crackers, bread and other edibles.
