Becky's Baked Ziti

  1. Soak bread in milk.
  2. Add to ground turkey.
  3. Add parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix gently with hands, careful not to overmix.
  5. Form into meatballs and put on a cookie sheet.
  6. They will likely flatten out some - this is fine.
  7. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, flipping at halftime.
  8. Meanwhile, cook ziti according to package directions.
  9. Heat pasta sauce in small pot.
  10. Add approx 1/3 of the ricotta and stir till dissolved.
  11. Coat bottom of 3.5-4 quart casserole pan with sauce.
  12. Add 1/2 of the cooked noodles.
  13. Place 1/2 of the meatballs on top.
  14. Dot 1/2 of the ricotta in between meat balls.
  15. Add layer of sauce.
  16. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella.
  17. Repeat with noodles, meatballs, ricotta, sauce and mozzarella.
  18. Bake at 375 for 30 minute Enjoy!
