Bruschetta Snacks

  1. Mix tomatoes, green onions, grated topping, parsley, vinegar and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
  5. Top each cracker with 2 tsp.
  6. tomato mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
