Tequila Espresso

• 1 slice of lime
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 50ml espresso
• 25ml white tequila

1. Run a slice of lime around the edge of an Espresso or Whiskey glass.
2. Pour a double shot (50ml) of Espresso over ice.
3. Add a single shot (25ml) of White Tequila into the drink.
4. Stir.
