Chili with Beans

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.
  2. Return meat to pan.
  3. Add onions, celery and garlic; cook 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in sugar and chili powder; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add beans and tomatoes; stir.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
