Spiked Garlic Greens

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat till hot, add onion and garlic, saute till tender about 3 minutes.
  2. Add greens and water to the skillet, heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until tender and wilted 6 - 12 minutes, check after 5 minutes, adding more water if needed.
  4. Add seasonings to taste.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
