Lotus Martini
- 2 ounces gin
- 12 ounce blue curacao
- 2 ounces lychee syrup (you can use the liquid from canned lychees as lychee syrup)
- 12 ounce grenadine
- 1 sprig mint
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add in gin, blue curacao, lychee syrup, and grenadine.
- Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
- Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with mint sprig.
