Bacon Bruschetta

  1. Mix cream cheese, parsley and garlic until well blended.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1 rounded teaspoonful (5 mL) of the cream cheese mixture onto each of 3 bread slices; sprinkle each slice with about 1/4 tsp.
  3. (1 mL) bacon, 2 tsp.
  4. (10 mL) tomatoes and 1/2 tsp.
  5. (2mL) onions.
  6. Place on small baking sheet.
  7. Bake in 350F-convection oven for 10 to 15 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
