Bacon Bruschetta
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 each French bread baguettes (12 inch), cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup bacon slices, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 3 cups tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Mix cream cheese, parsley and garlic until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread 1 rounded teaspoonful (5 mL) of the cream cheese mixture onto each of 3 bread slices; sprinkle each slice with about 1/4 tsp.
- (1 mL) bacon, 2 tsp.
- (10 mL) tomatoes and 1/2 tsp.
- (2mL) onions.
- Place on small baking sheet.
- Bake in 350F-convection oven for 10 to 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
