Barbecued Chicken (Dak Bulgogi) Recipe
- 1 whl chicken breast
- 1 slc fresh ginger squeezed through a press
- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x scallion sliced thin
- Divide the chicken breast into 4 equal pcs.
- The 2 thick ends are to be cut almost through and folden open (butterflied).
- Mix the chicken and all the other ingredients together, rubbing the seasonings into the meat with your fingers.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill over charcoal or possibly in a gas or possibly electric broiler for about 3 min, or possibly long sufficient to cook the chicken through without drying it out.
- Turn the pcs over once during this time.
- Serve hot with rice, salads and side dishes of your choice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
