Turkey Burgers with Chipotle Ketchup
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 13 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 13 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 13 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
- 13 cups Ketchup
- Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide into four even patties.
- Grill over medium heat until cooked through.
- *For this recipe, ground turkey breast doesnt work well because theres not enough fat to keep your burgers juicy.
- Also dont be weirded out by the cilantro.
- It isnt overwhelming and adds a unique flavor!
- Meanwhile, mix 1-2 tablespoons chipotle Tabasco (or you can use regular Tabasco, we like the taste just as well) with the ketchup.
- (You may never go back to regular ketchup on hamburgers again!)
- Serve burgers on toasted buns, topped with spicy ketchup, a bit of mayo, and your other favorite toppings.
