Honey Walnut Shrimp

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan on high heat, add walnuts and sugar then lower heat to medium for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix until smooth put a side.
  3. Heat: 2-3 cups of oil on high heat.
  4. Mix flour, sugar, salt and water in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Rinse raw shrimp and add to mix one by one dropping shrimp into the hot oil for 2 minutes be careful not to overcrowd the pot.
  6. Once the shrimp turns LIGHT BROWN place the cooked shrimp on a dish layered with paper towel to absorb the oil.
  7. Once all shrimp is cooked put in a dish and mix with your cooked walnuts and spread the sauce over the shrimp and gently mix.
