Tex-Mex Pork Chops

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Center 1 chop on each sheet of foil; sprinkle evenly with chili powder and garlic salt.
  3. Top evenly with beans, corn and tomatoes.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  7. Place packets on grate of grill; cover grill with lid.
  8. Grill 10 min.
  9. or until chops are cooked through (160F).
