Peppercorn Beef Kabobs

  1. Cut beef steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Combine peppercorns, salt, paprika, and garlic in shallow dish.
  3. Add beef; toss to coat.
  4. Thread an equal number of beef pieces onto each of four 12-inch skewers along with 3 onion wedges.
  5. Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan.
  6. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source.
  7. Broil 9 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Garnish with tomatoes, if desired.
