Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Bake
- 10 12 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1 14 cups cooked chicken (diced)
- 16 ounces mild cheddar cheese (separated)
- 14 cup salsa
- 8 small tortillas
- Mix together chicken, soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and salsa.
- Spread 1/4 of mixture across the bottom of an 8x10 baking dish.
- Scoop mixture into each tortilla and roll-up.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
