Cranberry Currant Granola
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cup oil
- 13 cup honey
- 13 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup dried currant
- Combine first eight ingredients (oats through nutmeg) in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Add next four ingredients (oil through vanilla) and stir until completely combined.
- Add dried fruit and stir to combine.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; remove from oven and stir, then bake 10 more minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool on rack; store in airtight container.
