Pasta With Shrimp
- 4 ounces penne pasta (or what ever pasta you have )
- 16 medium precooked peeled shrimp
- 4 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola
- 4 cups Baby Spinach (1 bag )
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons ready made pesto sauce
- Defrost shrimp if frozen, cook pasta according to package directions, drain, transfer to large bowl ( or put back in pot ) add all ingredients mix well to help wilt the spinach and coat the pasta.
