Berry Banana Protein Shake

  1. Blend eggs, flax seed, wheat germ honey and milk in a blender.
  2. Add strawberries.
  3. Break (or cut) banana into 5-6 equal pieces and add to blender.
  4. If consistency is too thick, add milk.
  5. If too thin, add a few extra strawberries or another banana.
