Chicken Power Salad
- 1 cup farro, cooked, cooled
- 1/2 cup red quinoa, cooked, cooled
- 1 cup baby kale, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup edamame (shelled), cooked, cooled
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS NUTrition Digestive Health Mix, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- Layer all ingredients except dressing in 4 (24-oz.)
- clear plastic cups.
- Cover with lids; secure on cups.
- Refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, add 2 Tbsp.
- dressing to each cup.
- Replace lids; shake to coat ingredients.
