Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

  1. Bring cream and corn syrup to simmer in large saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add chocolate; stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Let stand until slightly cooled and thickened, about 20 minutes.
  5. (Can be made 3 days ahead.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Stir over low heat until just warm before serving.)
