Chicken & Bacon
- 3 lbs chicken cutlets
- 12 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 lb bacon
- Fillet cutlets to thin.
- Cook chicken in oven for 5 to 7 min until mostly done.
- In the meantime heat butter heavy cream and some bacon dripping on stove top.
- Cook Bacon until crispy.
- Pour sauce over chicken, heat in oven until the chicken is cooked.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
