Espresso Party Mix

• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 Tbsp. milk
• 2 Tbsp. GEVALIA Espresso Roast
• 8 cups oven-toasted rice cereal squares
• 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

1. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
2. or until completely melted, stirring every 45 sec.
3. Add milk to coffee grounds in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
4. Stir into chocolate mixture.
5. Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
6. Add powdered sugar; toss lightly.
7. Spread onto baking sheet; cool.
