Chili Sauce For Shrimp Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Cook ingredients over heat till thick and creamy.
- Marinate - 2 pounds of shrimp in a little lemon juice, pepper, salt and chilies, for an hour.
- Remove from marinade and fry quickly over moderate heat.
- Place shrimp (whole warm) in a tray and cover with sauce.
- Bake in oven (moderate heat) for 10-15 min.
- Serve warm.
- Alternately use chili sauce as a dip for the shrimp.
