Easy Cheesy Rice and Peas

  1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add rice, cover and boil for 30 seconds.
  3. Add peas and remove from heat.
  4. Cover.
  5. Let set for 5 min.
  6. Fluff rice and peas.
  7. Add butter and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Stir gently until everything is incorporated.
  9. Serve immediately.
