No Bake Cheesecake
- 250 grams Graham crackers/digestive biscuits (or more depending on how thick you like the base to be)
- 100 grams Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 600 grams Soft cheese
- 100 grams Powdered sugar
- 250 ml Double cream
- 1 Strawberries or any topping you like
- Start with placing the crackers/biscuits in a food processor.
- Add in the butter and mix
- Press crumbs firmly into a8/ 9 inch pan... And chill in the fridge for 30 mins
- In a bowl mix in the soft cheese with vanilla and sugar
- Beat until smooth
- Add In the double cream and continue mixing until well combined
- Now spoon the mixture on top of the crumb base and level out evenly
- Leave in the fridge to set 4-6 hours or overnight
- Decorate with your favourite toppings
- And serve cool for family and friends!
