California Stir-Fry
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce, divided
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
- 1 tsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 small carrot, cut into thin slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing and 1 Tbsp.
- soy sauce in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; stir-fry 3 min.
- or until done.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add all remaining ingredients except bean sprouts to skillet; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in chicken and bean sprouts; stir-fry 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through.
