All Season Peach Pie Recipe

  1. Arrange peaches in bottom of pie shell (if using halves arrange cut side up).
  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, salt, cream and vanilla.
  3. Pour over peaches in shell; sprinkle with remaining nutmeg.
  4. Bake at 400'F for 40 min of peaches are tender.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
