Onion Soup
- 1 12 lbs peeled onions, thinly sliced (4 or 5 large)
- 14 cup butter
- 4 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef broth
- 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Cook sliced onions in the butter first.
- Then add broth, worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Cook for several hours.
- To serve you can put a slice of bread on your bowl of soup and put some shredded mozarella cheese on top.
- Microwave to melt cheese.
